At Kinisi Designs, every product is custom-made just for you based on your order. Your purchase not only secures your exclusive item but also automatically enters you into our giveaway. Because of this, our refund and exchange policies are tailored to ensure fairness and transparency.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our giveaways, all sales during an active promotional period are non-refundable. The amount you pay contributes directly to your giveaway entries, and once entries are submitted, we are unable to process refunds.
Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered and enjoy it with confidence! If your apparel or accessory isn’t the perfect fit, we make exchanges easy.
To request an exchange:

Exchange requirements:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in delivering quality. If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at [support@kinisidesigns.com]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement for the correct item free of charge.
